Warm welcome, delicious and hearty brunch. Good quality for a decent price. An address to remember. 13 of us came for a birthday brunch, the team was well organized, flexible and took care of us.

Very pleasant surprise at this little restaurant which offers original dishes based on savory waffles, with a very rich menu. It’s original, well presented, lots of flavors. The sweet waffles are also very good. Fast, friendly service. Don’t hesitate to try it out!!

Restaurants offering a single food variation are numerous, but not always mastered. We tried La Gaufrerie and were pleasantly surprised. The menu is short with different waffles, certain ingredients being integrated into the dough. There was spinach flour in mine. The salmon was presented in the shape of a flower, it was very pretty. The waffles were light and crunchy, delicious. I appreciated that the salad was not seasoned, and that the sauces were brought separately, which allows you to dose as you wish. Special mention to the sweet waffle 100% chocolate (dark), very well dosed: we found the bitterness of the chocolate, but without it being astringent or becoming sickening. It was delicious. The burger and kinder bueno waffles were also popular. The service was fast and pleasant, note that we came on a Friday holiday, it was quite quiet. The room is not very large, and I personally found it more suitable for a meal with colleagues, or between friends and family rather than for a romantic date. However, it must be nice in the summer with the terrace. I can't wait to go back!

Well, nothing exceptional. I would have liked it to be a little crispy on the outside. But that wasn't the case. A bit expensive for what it is.

If you want to eat original waffles, this is the ideal place. Quiet place to eat and chat. Room on a human scale. Attentive waiter and cook. Hearty and delicious dishes. The cider is good too. What happiness!

Great quiet meal with a friend. The waffles are super good. Some ingredients are directly in the dough and it works! Fresh and local products. A very good discovery that I recommend!
