A great time for the taste buds, we are delighted! A great discovery with improbable dishes (to find out you will have to go there ;-). Excellent service where you are taken care of. The menu being a gift we do not know the amount (Gold discovery menu). See you soon for the holidays

A wonderful birthday meal for my friend, allowing her to discover fine cuisine! Very refined, tasty, and well-presented! Attentive server with a good wine selection. Also able to accommodate dietary restrictions. Excellent value for money.

08/02/2026: A superb discovery at the Palais de Joséphine in Évreux! 🤩 The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, prepared with care and great taste. Each plate was a true delight for the eyes and the palate. All this was accompanied by a most welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, which made the experience even more enjoyable. An address I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will return with great pleasure!
08/02/2026: The meal (Normandy-style ribeye steak and homemade fries) was simply excellent. The pepper sauce is one of the best I've ever tasted. The service is simple, friendly, and unpretentious. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the meal; I highly recommend it.
