The mochis were amazing, the noodles superb with sashimi salmon, and the maki black were the freshest i ever got to taste in my life. The owner himself served us really friendly, and we walked away satistfied with a full stomach and with not a lot of money spent.

Honestly a very warm welcome even though we were a good hour late. Good evening advice and explanations on their cooking and the dishes were simply very good. We recommend and we will return.

Ate with 2: Nem, Poke bowl, sushi, gyoza, noodles, miso soup, everything was fresh and delicious. The place is clean and we received friendly help. Entirely right.

03/09/2024: An address to know in Foix. Very good food, restaurant open on Sunday evening! Very good cook, with extremely well cooked vegetables. We'll come back!
