This is the only sushi restaurant in town. After testing, the quality is poor. Not so much in the product as in the making of the pieces. The fish is fresh but that’s a minimum. The sashimi is roughly cut, the sushi does not meet the fish/rice standard with little fish coverage. The best pieces offered remain the makis and californias.

Very good value for money and the sushi is really good and fresh! You have to beg for the sauces but otherwise everything is top notch!!!

15/02/2024: Meal with original flavors but I enjoyed the entire meal. Disorganized service which leaves a lot of waiting between dishes. Pleasant staff.
20/09/2023: A charming and calm setting on the banks of the river and a warm interior. The welcome is pleasant, discreet and the hostess is very kind. The dishes are excellent, rich in flavors (with vegetarian and vegan options) and hearty. A real Ariège gem! Thank you and see you soon

30/03/2024: The kind of hosts that make you come back to visit a country. Very nice people, helpful, knowledgable of the city..the restaurant is located in an amazing 16th century 3 stores building. In itself it is worth a visit
