La Gétière sur Saint-Georges-De-Montaigu

A quick stop during our vacation, and we certainly weren't disappointed! We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. The restaurant only offers two or three different dishes for each course (starter, main, and dessert) to ensure fresh, seasonal ingredients. We had a wonderful meal, thank you, and we'll definitely be back!

For the price, we were more than delighted: our plates were overflowing, and we left with full stomachs and smiles! 😋 A big thank you also to all the staff: the servers and the entire team were extraordinary, kind, smiling, attentive, and highly professional. Excellent setting, a magnificent barn converted into a restaurant, a very professional and warm welcome, impeccable service, and excellent cuisine. Very affordable prices with different menus... perfect for a meal stop for us at that time. Perfect

Traditional but good food. Very reasonable price. Clean restrooms 👍 I recommend it.

The €40 set menu (plus €4 for the ribeye steak) is disappointing compared to a gourmet restaurant in Bouin that charges the same price, and I expected much better. They should add more vegetables to the main course (ribeye and lamb shank). Don't forget to tell the chef that when you put flowers in a dish, you should inform the customer that they are not edible; it's a big mistake 😡. When we asked the waitress what variety of flowers we had just eaten, she came back and told us, "Don't eat them, they're not edible." Let's hope we don't get sick 🤒. The menus with a mixed menu are difficult to decipher. I'll end on a positive note regarding the welcome and service.
