We discovered this restaurant by chance, and what a wonderful surprise! The menu is very varied, with options for all tastes—meat, fish, vegetarian dishes, and even some local specialties. Each dish was delicious and beautifully presented.
The service was impeccable from start to finish: the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to offer advice. We felt truly welcome.
I recommend this place without hesitation, whether for a dinner with friends or a family meal. I'll be happy to come back!

Excellent discovery in the city.
Tired of the typical "Cassoulet Maison" menus, we found this restaurant that offers a varied menu and very well-prepared dishes. The food was delicious, especially the meat, which was cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable: the waitress who served us was charming and very friendly. Definitely a recommended place for those looking for something different and well-made.

We came as a family to visit the medieval city of Carcassonne. Arriving at lunchtime, we stopped at La Girouette to eat and were not disappointed at all; a very good restaurant, I highly recommend it. Thank you to the staff for their friendliness 👍 top-notch.

Family lunch with 2 children aged 7 and 11. Very affordable menu and à la carte prices (very good children's menu). Very good meal (cassoulet and wraps) and impeccable service. Very clean restrooms too. Nice lunch break after visiting the castle and the ramparts.
