A restaurant serving excellent traditional cuisine, with tables arranged around a fountain in the shade of century-old plane trees.
Truly superb food for even the most discerning palates, and pleasant, efficient service. Seillans is beautiful, but the restaurant alone is worth the trip.

Pleasant and in keeping with the spirit. A good time. Surely still pious on the diocese with the coolness of the fountain and washhouse.

A lovely Provençal restaurant nestled in the heart of the village. You'll be seated on a charming little square under the plane trees, with a delightful fountain. We had a very pleasant time, and the food was excellent with wonderful flavors. We enjoyed lamb shank and ravioli with prawns, ricotta, and spinach. It was delicious.
I highly recommend it.

The restaurant is very expensive (from €60/70 per person and up), but it's in a gorgeous location, in the center of Seillans, in complete tranquility, under large plane trees and around a beautiful fountain.
The food is good, with refined dishes and thoughtful combinations.
I didn't like the slightly uneven table. The service wasn't particularly fast, but the staff was friendly and helpful.
The ice cream served at the end was also good.

The small square has its charm, the service is quick and friendly, the dishes are high-quality and well-presented; the only downside is the price, which is a bit steep overall, a tad expensive, but you're partly paying for the setting.
