Excellent table found randomly along the side roads. Beautiful authentic cuisine that plays on traditional or local dishes: starter of the day, perfectly cooked foie gras escalope, then cabbage stuffed with royal confit hare! Extraordinary. A list of organic and/or natural wines that please the taste buds and our brains for future generations. Honestly, 200 percent recommended! Attentive and cordial service who knows their products perfectly. It also warms my heart to deal with professionals who share our pleasure. 👍

Super gegeten in dit voortreffelijke restaurant met prachtig uitzicht. Alle aandacht van het bedienend personeel, en de kwaliteiten van de gerechten zijn klasse. De wijnkaart is gewoon goed, zeer goede wijnen tegen schappelijke prijzen. Wij gaan zeker terug. CHAPEAU.

Nous sommes venus un midi, le service était très agréable et la cuisine incroyable ! La terrasse du restaurant est décorée avec goût, des plats travaillés avec des suggestions de saisons !

Delicious as always. Started with a Hugo Spritz and then had a couple of bottles of white wine with our food. Started with the chicken liver parfait with an assortment of pickles. Tasty and light. I tried the foie gras my friend was eating and that was delicious. Had the catch of the day as my main which came with a “reduced” soup, almost stew like. So yummy and I ate it all even though I was so full towards the end! I didn’t have pudding but tried my friend’s chocolate fondant style dessert and that was delicious, although the ice cream on top of the hot pudding might no be the best idea and it all melted very quickly.

Hotel Restaurant des Deux Rocs

05/04/2024: This hotel is in a great location, centrally located in the beautiful village of Seillans, with easy parking in the back of the hotel. The photos make the place look a bit boxy, but it is a beautiful historical building with a lot of charm. If you can tolerate the slanted stairs and crooked wood shutters, you'll love the vibes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Oh, and do not miss dinner there: it was one of the most delicious dining we had in our trip. Highly recommend !
29/03/2024: My favorite hotel restaurant! I happily return there every year. Everything is there to have a pleasant time. The location, the refined dishes, the succulent desserts. The decoration of the place and especially the rooms is particularly romantic. The lovely staff take great care of you. Thank you for your welcome and your kindness… and above all see you soon!
