I've been meaning to write to you for a long time to tell you how incredibly disappointed I am again by the fact that you've changed your menu 🤨‼️ Why did you change so many of your recipes? Your salads? Your pasta? And your tiramisu, which was so light and airy and not too sweet, with such a delicate cream, instead of using this greasy, overly sweet version with Nutella! Why destroy such an institution? If "Marco" (the best member of your staff) didn't ask your Chef 👨🏼🍳, who is just as competent as your fantastic "pizzallolo," to offer us the "old recipe," we wouldn't come back, and we've been regular customers for over 10 years... So, take action and don't ruin a formula
that works and whose quality was top-notch.

A big thank you to Marko for the quality of his service. He is particularly kind, always smiling, and above all, very attentive to requests. He takes the time with customers, remains attentive throughout the meal, and ensures that everything runs perfectly, making the experience truly enjoyable from beginning to end.
His professionalism and dedication to service clearly make all the difference. You truly feel valued, which is a welcome change from some experiences where the service can be more rushed or less attentive.
This is the kind of service that makes you want to come back and deserves to be highlighted.
