L'entrée de légumes est agréable mais manque de caractère. Ma pluma ibérique était un peu nerveuse et les linguines pâteux. Au bénéfice du doute, étant en août, le cuisinier n'était peut-être pas le même... Très bon vacherin en dessert. Le Morgon au verre est de qualité. Petite terrasse très sympa dans une rue peu passante.

Great discovery. The dishes are excellent with fresh seasonal produce. The service is very friendly with a philosophical waiter! Beautiful terrace and good atmosphere. Hurry up.

A small family run restaurant with maybe the best service I’ve ever had in Paris. Kind and generous, willing to explain the dishes in English and when the waiter didn’t know how to explain it, he went in back and came back with the answer. I had the scallops with leeks and a spicy sauce. The scallops were perfectly cooked. I love leeks, and you just don’t get them fresh and plentiful like this in the U.S. The wine pour was more than I paid for. I was allowed to take my bottle of water back to the hotel even though it’s supposed to stay to be recycled. All around a wonderful evening even though I was dining alone.

Small place that offers a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Simple food, but of excellent quality, well prepared and served with kindness. Excellent choice of wines. Adequate price

10/12/2024: The staff are welcoming and helpful, a real positive point in this establishment. However, the beer offering leaves something to be desired. During my visit, no craft beer was offered on tap, and apart from a can of La Débaume, the choice remained very limited. The establishment seems to focus mainly on Belgian beers, but even these were not all available, which is unfortunate. There are too few beers from other countries, which takes away from the diversity and character of a true "academy". In a context where micro-breweries and craft beers are booming, this establishment seems to be lagging behind. Two beers mentioned on the menu were also unavailable, adding to my disappointment. The Beer Academy should seriously consider modernizing its menu and opening its horizons to meet the expectations of fans. An evolution is necessary so as not to sink into oblivion.
