An elegant, shaded terrace overlooking the river. We had lunch, opting for the set menu: a Gourmet Salad with rice, a crème brûlée with strong cheese, fresh fruit (a generous slice of pineapple), and salad. Delicious! The (original) combination worked wonderfully. The dessert of the day was a revisited tiramisu with fresh raspberries. Again, a delight. Warm and enthusiastic service. A fantastic place. Don't hesitate to explore this generally well-preserved medieval village.

Very warm welcome, lovely setting, good home cooking, but... we were served two children's meals instead of two adult meals: the portions were very small considering the price... No rice with fish or starchy foods, just a handful of vegetables... we weren't on a diet, which was a shame.
The wait was long, and we also didn't order the desserts at... 9.5 euros!!?

A beautiful spot with a shaded terrace by the water. We appreciated the non-smoking outdoor area... A very friendly welcome. Excellent and beautifully presented dishes. Very reasonable prices. We discovered this place in July 2025, and today, passing through the region, we made sure to return... nothing has changed: quality and courtesy in a magnificent setting! Thank you!

Fantastic experience! We were warmly welcomed, the staff were friendly, smiling, and very helpful. There was a good selection on the menu, the food was excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed it, and the chef was top-notch.

During a weekend filled with memories in our childhood village, my sister and I stopped at this restaurant, and we absolutely don't regret our choice.
We tried the frogs' legs, a local specialty, and they were simply excellent! The food was generous and full of flavor.
The setting is magnificent, on the banks of the Chalaronne River, ideal for a pleasant meal. A big thank you also to the waitress for her kindness and smile, as well as to the chef for her excellent work.
A truly wonderful place that we highly recommend. We will definitely be back!
