23/03/2026: We came as a family for three days and had an exceptional stay! Werner, the manager, pampers his guests with extraordinary attention. The room was magnificent, the restaurant was of Michelin-star quality, and the staff was incredibly attentive. A must-try!

23/03/2026: L’Ermitage Mont Saint-Michel is a fantastic place with a very high standard in every detail. From the moment you arrive, everything feels calm, well organised, and carefully prepared. The atmosphere is elegant but still warm and welcoming, which makes the experience comfortable without feeling too formal. The food was amazing, clearly made with great attention to quality and presentation. Each dish felt thoughtful and well balanced, and you can really see the care that goes into the cooking. The service was also excellent — very attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, always making sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. You can understand why this place has a Michelin recommendation. It is well deserved. The whole experience feels refined, organised, and made to be special. Definitely a place worth visiting if you want a high-quality meal near Mont Saint-Michel.
