A wonderful experience with Vedettes de Paris! Booking online was incredibly quick and easy. Everything was booked in just a few minutes, with clear information and a seamless process. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and boarding went smoothly. The staff on board were friendly, helpful, and professional. As someone passionate about boating, I particularly enjoyed chatting with the captain. He took the time to answer all my questions with great kindness and a helpful approach. He even gave me a tour of the cockpit, which made the experience even more interesting and memorable. The boat trip also offers magnificent views of Paris in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. A huge thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and helpfulness. I highly recommend them and will gladly return!

A wonderful experience! The ferry attendant informed us that a school group of 200 children would be on the boat at the same time as us and that we could wait 45 minutes for the next departure to have a better experience. We were very grateful for this consideration. The information provided and the route were interesting.

One of the most overpriced riverboat excursions in Paris (€21 compared to €15/€16 elsewhere for the same route and duration). Don't buy the drinks option when purchasing tickets, as the price paid directly on the boat is cheaper than at the ticket office (€4.50 for a soft drink versus €3 on the boat). This was reported upon our return without any refund, with the excuse that they hadn't yet increased the prices on the boat. The wait at the boat's bar was long, the bartender wasn't very friendly, and the selection was limited with several items out of stock. With noisy and restless tourists, no one intervened, making the guide's explanations inaudible at times. On the other hand, the guide was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, with a good knowledge of the subject. The boat was covered but not enclosed, which made the 41°C (106°F) ride more bearable, though still difficult.

Loved this boat ride along the Seine! It starts at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. It had plenty of seats inside and on the roof top. Get in line early to get a good spot. The tour guide was young & lovely, she had a lot of fun facts and kept the audience engaged.

We were disappointed with our sunset cruise with Vedettes de Paris last Saturday. I do want to acknowledge that we were visiting during the unprecedented Paris heatwave and expected that some operational adjustments might be necessary. However, the experience we received was quite different from what was advertised. Every photo we saw of the boat—including the image shown on our tickets—featured a two-level vessel with a fully open upper deck designed for sightseeing. Instead, we boarded a different type of boat with a small elevated viewing area that actually obstructed the view for everyone else. Most of the seating was covered by an opaque white tarp, leaving only the small, elevated uncovered section for approximately 30–40 passengers. As a result, views of the landmarks were significantly obstructed, and many guests had to stand in the walkways just to see anything. Our biggest frustration was the lack of communication. We received a reminder email 24 hours before departure, which would have been the perfect opportunity to notify passengers about these changes and offer the option to reschedule or request a refund. We were on the 9:15 p.m. sailing, when the sun was no longer intense, and every other sightseeing boat we saw on the Seine remained uncovered. As a musical cruise, we were also disappointed by the soundtrack selection. The playlist felt random rather than thoughtfully curated for the setting. Songs such as "New York, New York" did little to create the relaxing Parisian atmosphere we were expecting. Overall, the combination of obstructed views, a substitute vessel, and poor communication left us feeling that the experience did not match what was advertised. I wish we had chosen to sail with a different company.

A truly beautiful moment. When night falls, it's romantic and relaxing. I'd do it again.

Brendan was the first to greet us and he was amazing. Just a great young man and an amazing host. The cruise was very nice. Very enjoyable, with great views of all the major sites.
