Wonderful customer service when we had a change of plan - everyone was extremely helpful - on the phone, person at the boat, person at the ticket counter, and via email. Thank you.

A very enjoyable cruise with original explanations that offer a refreshing change from the usual riverboat tours. Special mention to the guide who was very engaging. The bar was good. The toilets were clean, which was also appreciated.

We had 1 night in Paris, I booked the tickets in advanced and reserved a 10pm slot. We got in line early in order to be on the top deck. This way we got to watch the tower sparkle twice and on the way back it was perfect! A great way to catch many of the sights with limited time in a beautiful way!

It's a great way to discover Parisian buildings in a short amount of time. Unfortunately, our guide's performance on yesterday's tour, September 22nd at noon, was a bit disappointing. The guide seemed more comfortable speaking English than French, which made the explanations for French speakers a little too brief. We also felt she was often looking at her phone for directions, leaving long silences when there were so many anecdotes to share about the monuments we passed. Perhaps it was her first tour, which would explain it! Also worth noting was a slight delay: a long detour to the Grenelle Bridge, which added a bit to the cruise (1 hour 20 minutes in total). Despite these minor issues with the guide, it was still a very beautiful panoramic view of Paris.

I've often taken a boat trip on the Seine. It's the best experience; the young woman explains the monuments very well. And the electric boat...

The guided tour during the cruise wasn't actually with a guide, but simply with an audio guide. I think that's a shame, because I expected a guide to explain the history of the monuments. And it was very noisy (people kept talking next to us), so we couldn't hear anything. I'd say it was more of a boat trip than a proper guided tour.

It was a great experience! The views were beautiful, and cruising along the Seine was such a pleasant way to end a long day of walking around Paris. It was amazing to see the city from a completely different perspective. It was my first time in Paris, and I really enjoyed the cruise. I decided to book my ticket online, but unfortunately, due to traffic, I arrived 10–15 minutes late and missed my cruise. I asked the staff if they could help me and whether it was possible to exchange my ticket. They were very helpful and offered me a refund for my original ticket and suggested that I take an evening cruise instead, as I had originally booked a daytime guided cruise. I really appreciated their help! And honestly, I enjoyed the evening cruise so much; the city has a completely different charm at night. ✨ Next time, I would probably choose a cruise around 7–8 PM, so I could see the sunset and then enjoy the Eiffel Tower lit up in the evening. Thank you so much for your help and for making the situation so easy to solve. I received a refund for my original ticket and had a lovely experience in the end! 🥰 Wishing you good tourists!
