La Grande Fontaine sur Caunes-Minervois

A really nice restaurant with a friendly yet unpretentious atmosphere. The set menu is €17 including starter, main course, and dessert... nothing to complain about. I tried the duck breast from the à la carte menu; it was delicious, the homemade fries were perfect, and the meat was cooked to perfection. For €22, it's honestly a steal, and the waitress was very pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

A typical village restaurant. It's also a bar/tobacconist with a restaurant. The atmosphere is truly village-like. The friendliness is unparalleled. We loved it! The menu is enticing, and the cassoulet is exactly as you'd expect: generous with a capital G.

It's perfect, just the way I like it.
