Everything was perfect in a hotel where the welcome and human warmth are far from the tourist factories. Special mention for the catering, tasty and varied, at a reasonable price.

Hotel located in a superb village, the welcome is warm, the rooms are pleasant and clean. The restaurant offers local specialties with local products and everything is delicious. Superb stay.

The local table in Caune en Minervois is a must for sharing a gourmet meal, served with attention and made with high quality local products. In addition, the culinary combinations are very pleasant in the mouth. Thank you to our host for his friendliness.

Excellent restaurant. Cassoulet atypique à l'agneau, à tester absolument ! Un petit bonus pour les beignets de langoustines. Service agréable.

La Grande Fontaine

04/04/2024: Local restaurant. Local food without many options. The specialty is recommended (see blackboard). Medium-high price for what it is. It has a terrace and they serve you very well. I think I would go back. From there you can begin a walk through the quiet town.
