A warm welcome, a charming hotel with beautiful retro decor linked to the history of marble quarrying; what a treat to have breakfast in the shaded park. We highly recommend it.

Charming hotel housed in a former marble workshop in the heart of a typical small village in the Aude region. Comfortable rooms with queen-size beds. The shaded garden is a lovely spot for meals. The swimming pool and outdoor relaxation area are very pleasant. Quality cuisine featuring regional specialties, including a very tasty traditional cassoulet. An excellent place for a stopover or a longer stay of several days. Our group of 10 people thoroughly enjoyed their 7-day stay. Thank you, Christine.

We stayed two days at La Marbrerie. We had a bright and quiet room with a very comfortable bed. We dined in the restaurant, in an elegant and charming dining room. The cassoulet (a must-try here!) was excellent, and the breakfast was very generous with homemade yogurt and dried fruit. The staff were friendly and very attentive. It was a very pleasant break! I should mention that we had a gift voucher from our children.

Just a quick stop for a drink after a hike. A very warm welcome and I definitely plan to go back for lunch or dinner as their menus look great.

We had a lovely weekend together. We booked a one-night stay with dinner and breakfast. The hostess was very pleasant and welcoming. The food was excellent: we had cassoulet for lunch and the set menu for dinner. The foie gras came with a thyme sorbet: surprising and delicious. We slept very well. The breakfast was plentiful. Thank you.

16/05/2026: While passing through the area, we stumbled upon this gem! The meat was delicious, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive! A real treat; we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal! In short, I highly recommend it! A special mention to "little guy," who I hope will recognize himself!
