A small restaurant tucked away in a remote village, but with a wonderful welcome, very good food, and spotless cleanliness. The owner is very down-to-earth and friendly. A must-try when visiting the abbey.

Stopped for a light lunch. My wife had salad Cesar and I had an omelette which was served with a lovely salad and fries on the side. Both were exactly as you would expect. The service was warm and welcoming and the food came swiftly.

While passing through the area, we stumbled upon this gem! The meat was delicious, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive! A real treat; we had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our meal! In short, I highly recommend it! A special mention to "little guy," who I hope will recognize himself!

01/06/2026: The place is great for eating in the shade of the trees, the service is friendly and the food is delicious, nothing to complain about.
25/05/2026: Charming hotel housed in a former marble workshop in the heart of a typical small village in the Aude region. Comfortable rooms with queen-size beds. The shaded garden is a lovely spot for meals. The swimming pool and outdoor relaxation area are very pleasant. Quality cuisine featuring regional specialties, including a very tasty traditional cassoulet. An excellent place for a stopover or a longer stay of several days. Our group of 10 people thoroughly enjoyed their 7-day stay. Thank you, Christine.
