A very good experience and very pleasant servers. A super friendly restaurant with a very warm atmosphere! The food is very good and the portions are generous, perfectly in line with the prices (a total of €40 for drinks, starter, main course, and dessert). I highly recommend it! Just two "negative points": the service was a little slow, but this was entirely justified by the restaurant being very full, and if two people at the same table order a cheese fondue, they have to order the same one. We found this a shame, as we wanted to try two different fondues (morel for me and champagne for my companion), but this wasn't possible, so we had to choose. Apart from that, nothing to complain about. (However, remember to book ahead because it seems to be often full.)

I came for a couple's birthday dinner and found some of the choices surprising given the final bill. The three-meat hot stone grill was good, but the sauces were charged extra—€3 for the pepper sauce (just a simple pepper cream), which is rarely done elsewhere. The same logic applied to the "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee): changing the ice cream flavor was charged at €0.80, even though it wasn't prepared in advance… I understand the internal policies, but the overall approach lacked tact, especially in the context of a birthday—even a simple candle would have been appreciated. It's a shame, because the setting is warm and the staff pleasant, but these details leave a mixed impression.

Table for 4, many mistakes; we had to ask for forgotten dishes, one of which was never brought, yet we were still charged for it. The fondue portion was too small for 2 people. Very noisy dining room.

Overall, a good experience, but a minor (or rather, major) complaint about the foie gras. I was really disappointed with the quantity: two slices of 2mm each, unacceptable, served with three lettuce leaves without dressing and a single, measly slice of tomato. And with the chutney, I'm still searching for the flavor. Otherwise, everything was very good. The fondue was delicious, the service was good too, and the place is welcoming.

A very warm atmosphere, you'd think you were in a mountain chalet. An original idea: all-you-can-eat dishes that change daily (fondue on Thursdays, raclette, etc.). Don't be fooled by the storefront, it's very large. The only slight drawback might be that there was too much charcuterie for the limited number of potatoes in the raclette, and you need more cheese to satisfy a big eater, but it was very good! I recommend it despite the price, which I personally find a bit high! It's a chic restaurant, a cheese specialist, and it makes you want to go back as soon as you walk in...

A very good restaurant with a warm and authentic atmosphere, in a setting reminiscent of old Alpine chalets. You immediately feel at ease. The service is quick, which is appreciated, even for dishes that are quite simple. The prices are reasonable, perhaps slightly high for fondues and raclettes, but the quality and quantity are definitely there. A good experience that I recommend.

I had a beef fondue with another person. The meat and service were perfect, except that I had reserved a table the day before in the front section to avoid the cheese smells in the back room, as it's very cramped, and I ended up in the back room! Also, the menu indicated that there were sauces, in the plural, which is normal for beef fondues, when there was only one!

Great restaurant, lovely and impeccable cuisine, top-notch service, I highly recommend it!
