We had a great time at this immersive restaurant. The food was very good, as were the desserts, except for the tiramisu in the gourmet coffee which was waterlogged.

The decor is superb, the staff are welcoming and friendly, the fondues are excellent, and the chocolate fondant was incredible. The service is quick, nothing more to say. Thank you for everything, we'll be back!!!

Had a delicious meal, nice setting, friendly service, good wine! Reservations are a must though! Be sure to enjoy the delicious cheese fondue!

A very good meal. The meat was really high quality, and the cheeses too (fondue, Mont d'Or, and Camembert). The plates were generously filled with charcuterie. One small issue: the menu states a minimum order of Mont d'Or for two people, but we were charged for two. We thought we would share one and therefore only pay for one. Perhaps it's written somewhere else, but it's not clear on the menu. Otherwise, a very good place.

Rustic cabin feel. Amazing atmosphere. Great service and the food is absolutely delicious. It's a bit hidden away on the edge of the old town, but the short detour is well worth it. The cheese fondue and meat cooked on a hot stone are highly recommended. The wine selection is also excellent. The highlight at the end: the coffee and tiramisu. A definite must-visit.

A superb discovery at La Grange de Besançon! The welcome is truly warm and the team is incredibly attentive. You can immediately taste the quality and passion in the dishes. The atmosphere is friendly, ideal for having a wonderful time. We will definitely be back.

What can I say when it gets all those stars? Try it; it's the only way to understand and appreciate it. Perhaps the best meat I've eaten here in France (I've been in France for three months). The staff is kind and professional.

14/10/2026: A big thank you to Enola, who is a fantastic waitress. Smiling, energetic, and with a great memory. We had a very pleasant time enjoying our drinks on the terrace thanks to her kindness!
06/10/2026: We went to Callahan as a group of five for my daughter's birthday. We received a very warm welcome. The waitress was incredibly pleasant, smiling, and efficient; we had a wonderful time. We chose five different dishes, each as delicious as the last: the daily special, double beef tartare, tuna steak, a Franche-Comté crêpe, and a morel mushroom burger. Moreover, it was excellent value for money. It was my first time there, but I will gladly return and recommend it to others. Don't change a thing!

04/05/2026: Excellent craft beer, brewed with passion. The staff are welcoming and enthusiastic and will be happy to advise you.
01/05/2026: I've been going there for two years in a row to deliver empty bottles. Access is a bit difficult with a semi-trailer, but unloading is quick and the atmosphere is great, thank you! The beer is very good!
