Impeccable, fast, friendly service. Quiet atmosphere. On the other hand, the cuisine does not live up to the high price. The fish was bland, the saffron rice was too salty, the vegetables quite average, the dessert good but in small quantities. On the other hand, the foie gras was delicious.

28/11/2025: Excellent roadside restaurant in Cholet. Large paved grounds. The restaurant offers impeccable service, very welcoming staff, and affordable menus. The showers are small but clean.

09/10/2025: A small, unassuming restaurant, but once you step inside, you feel right at home. The galettes are displayed on chalkboards, and you can see the chef preparing them, which are excellent by the way. The galette of the day with artisanal sausage is simply magnificent, the one with andouillette is the same, and the homemade salted butter caramel is just perfect. It was the perfect little restaurant for our overnight stay in Cholet.
