La Grange-aux-Ormes sur Marly

I was really looking forward to trying the brunch at Les Granges aux Ormes, a place that looks amazing online with its stunning setting and enticing marketing. I went with friends… and what a disappointment! The setting is indeed beautiful, but that's clearly not enough. The brunch itself falls far short of expectations: limited selection, mediocre quality, and nothing to justify the advertised level of service. You expect a truly gourmet and high-quality experience, but it falls far short. The worst part is the state of the restrooms, which are filthy, something I find unacceptable in an establishment of this type. It completely ruins the image and the overall experience. I also find myself at odds with some of the positive reviews I've read, which seems surprising given our experience. It's quite astonishing to see such a discrepancy between the online image and the reality on the spot. A huge disappointment.

Reservation made using a Wonderbox gift voucher. The experience lived up to the offer; we were pleasantly surprised. The setting is lovely, the menu is mouthwatering, and the service is excellent.

We had a lovely time in a packed restaurant! The staff, though few in number, did their best to ensure our satisfaction. The table was beautifully set. However, the cuisine lacked refinement for the location: few asparagus, lamb (or beef, as it was very stringy) that was a bit dry, unripe cheeses including a brie that was frankly chalky, and too much whipped cream in the desserts. The price was reasonable nonetheless, and the bread rolls were of good quality.

We received a Wonderbox gift voucher and chose to eat at Domaine de la Grange aux Ormes. Everything was perfect. We had a wide selection of starters, main courses, and desserts. The portions were generous, the food was excellent, and the dishes were beautifully presented; we received a very warm welcome. Highly recommended.

A wonderful experience and an excellent meal. I highly recommend it, as the welcome and service are second to none. The waitress and waitress were attentive and very pleasant.

I booked brunch for my 30th birthday, but upon arrival, I was told I'd made a mistake with the reservation and booked "restaurant" instead of "clubhouse," and that it was fully booked. Despite this, a solution was found so my friends and I could still have brunch, and I'd like to thank the staff for their kindness! Special mention for the very peaceful setting of La Grange aux Ormes! I'll be back.

A wonderful discovery! The products are of excellent quality and everything is perfectly executed. The dishes are delicious, the service is pleasant, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. A true pleasure from beginning to end. I highly recommend it! I approve! 👍
