The Alès bakery! The bread, pastries and pastries are excellent. The only thing missing is the Viking bread.

An artisan who understands everything, quality, freshness, authenticity and regularity. A chance for the inhabitants of the area and for travelers like us who never miss this stage. This August 21 at La Grange de Nathalie, always delicious, salty and sweet. Reasonable prices for nice portions. 3 savory ones purchased and the 4th is free. Perfect. The salespeople are adorable. My favorite stop in the Cévennes.

Friendly and helpful staff. Large selection of breads, pastries. Catering on site, breakfast. Large accessible parking lot. Edit as of 09/15/24: the toilets 🚻 are accessible again, thank you for taking customer comments into account 🙂

A smile on the lips of the waitresses would be a plus and would complete the decor so pleasant.
