A truly special place. The owner and wait staff are extremely kind. The food is excellent. We've been twice. For lunch, we had the savory crepe. For dinner, we had a tender and flavorful fillet steak (tournedos). The price is reasonable for the value of the meal. Excellent and recommended.

It's always a great pleasure to eat at La Grignotte du Vieux Bourbon! The dishes are delicious and generous, and the owners are lovely. Even though I live more than an hour's drive from Bourbon-Lancy, several times a year I make the trip to experience this culinary delight. I love it!!! Important note: it's best to make a reservation to be sure of getting a table. I highly recommend this charming restaurant nestled in the old town.

13/03/2026: A hidden gem we discovered by chance! Having left Le Puy-en-Velay (Haute-Loire) for Autun, we were delighted with our lunch break at Nicolas's. A warm welcome, excellent service, a generous and delicious buffet for him, and a tasty set menu for her, all at a very reasonable price! The quality is evident thanks to the local produce and the chef's creative flair. We highly recommend it!
