A truly wonderful surprise and a fantastic find in Castres! 🤩🤪 A real treat: exquisite, melt-in-your-mouth meat accompanied by delicious fries, perfectly cooked vegetables, and flavorful sauces... all homemade and brilliantly prepared 👍 and a special mention for the very friendly and competent staff 👌 Finishing with a perfectly balanced Irish coffee... it was so good!

This Friday we were passing through Castres. There weren't many restaurant options, so we stumbled upon this one by chance, and we highly recommend it. The meat was excellent, the vegetables delicious, and the wine pairing was spot on. The young and very professional team made sure everything ran smoothly. Honestly, well done! Happy New Year 2026

Vegetarians beware! They only serve high-quality, even exceptional, meat. The side vegetables are very good, and the charcuterie is excellent. It's a shame they wouldn't change my ice cream flavor for dessert!

02/05/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed this charming tea room. A cozy atmosphere and a friendly waitress. They were very welcoming to children, with books and crayons available. It must be lovely in winter. Special mention for the delicious pecan cookies! It's a shame we live so far away!

16/05/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! Without a doubt, the best cassoulet I've ever tasted. The welcome is exceptionally warm, with genuine attention paid to the customers. You immediately feel at ease in a warm and authentic atmosphere. A truly delightful experience of gastronomy and conviviality, just the way we like it. And ideally located near the "Aux Portes du Sidobre" bed and breakfast, where the welcome is equally attentive. An address to remember!
