Daily menu for a weekday lunch. Very good address with very good price/service quality. The only downside was the dessert which was not as good as the rest of the menu.

Not the best in Castres but in the leading pack, you can find a little better and cheaper. Unpretentious service. In 4th position in the ranking of the best restaurants around Castres.
