While in Castres for a court-ordered expert assessment, my colleague and I enjoyed a set menu for €23, a fresh, high-quality, bistro-style meal. The quality-to-price ratio was exceptional; I highly recommend it.

Very nice, very good, good service, great flavors, it was really excellent. €24 for the lunch menu with a glass of good bottled wine, reasonable price, good value for money.

Fantastic evening at this restaurant. Our waitress was very kind and professional. We opted for the wine pairing, which was a real bonus when enjoying the dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal! 🌞

A fantastic restaurant recommended by friends. We were delighted by the quality of the food, the friendly service, and the very reasonable price. The scorpionfish, in particular, was excellent, cooked to perfection, and the pairing with a red wine from the Alpilles region was both surprising and successful. Kudos to the sommelier! We will definitely be back.

17/10/2026: Discovered by chance during our travels. We were incredibly lucky to get a table. And what a table it was! Starter, main course (a beef chuck steak bourguignon style that was to die for), and an extraordinary lemon meringue tart. Passing through Mazamet without planning to eat there is a serious mistake ☺.
17/10/2026: We had a truly wonderful time at our table. We stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance, just passing through. From appetizer to dessert, it was pure bliss! Everything was beautifully prepared. The Saint Marcellin cheese, the beef chuck (prepared like a beef bourguignon), and the lemon tart (on puff pastry!) were all excellent. Kudos to the warm welcome, the service, and the delicious food. A place to remember for next time and to recommend to everyone. P.S.: The dining room is lovely! And it's best to make a reservation.

03/05/2026: Sunday lunchtime, not much was open. We hesitated, but finally went in, and we're so glad we did. Pleasant service and generous, homemade dishes. Thank you!
15/04/2026: A very warm, family-run atmosphere. Reasonable prices, nice decor, fast service, and careful presentation. Quality products. I recommend it!
