I went to the guinguette (open-air café) 3-4 times last week. The table service was friendly and professional. The fries were excellent. But please, say goodbye to your customers. The first night, I thought they didn't hear me, but the second night, when I insisted... well, I was very disappointed.

Stayed at the adjacent site and fancied a meal out. The restaurant looked lovely and busy the night before so called and reserved a table. Sat on the terrace on a warm evening cool beer and a lovely inexpensive meal. The service was great quick and punctual and the quality of the food was excellent. We are travelling to the south of trance and so will definitely call back on our return.

We came today. It was very busy, but we were allowed in without a reservation. However, we weren't informed about the smoking area on the terrace. A shame. The staff were very pleasant despite the large crowd.

Restaurant La Manufacture

23/05/2026: One-night stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable hotel. Very complete and high-quality breakfast. Very functional family room with two bathrooms. Even our dog had his own bed and bowls in the room. I highly recommend this hotel.
19/05/2026: A beautiful setting steeped in history, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. A minor issue was the room temperature, which was quickly resolved by reception.
