A fantastic find! La Guinguette Gaudoise is a real gem. The welcome is warm, the service attentive and always with a smile. The dishes are generous, prepared with quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. The Provençal specialties are simply delicious, and you can taste the homemade quality in every plate. The friendly atmosphere and authentic setting make the meal even more enjoyable. Excellent value for money and an address I wholeheartedly recommend. We will definitely be back!

I ate at La Guinguette Gaudoise for Father's Day and it was a wonderful discovery. The menu was exceptional: it almost felt like stepping back in time, as the cuisine was so reminiscent of our ancestors' cooking, with authentic flavors and a true local identity. If you're looking for generous, high-quality, traditional regional cuisine—a rarity these days—all at a very reasonable price, this is the perfect place. In addition to the delicious food, the staff is very efficient and welcoming, and the setting has an almost bucolic charm that adds to the overall appeal. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Great restaurant with lovely waiters.

Real home cooking, just like Grandma used to make. Even the little jars of oil and vinegar reminded us of meals at Grandma's... the kind of simple yet warm detail that immediately sets the mood. The setting is lovely, a real bistro-style restaurant just the way we like them, with an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. Parking is easy, even if it's a bit outside the city center... but honestly, it's well worth the trip. The set menu is around €30-40, which might seem a bit pricey at first, but considering the quality, the huge portions, and everything that comes with the dishes, it's actually excellent value for money—often cheaper than in the city for much better food. We love the generous service and the generous portions. And no worries if you don't finish: you can take some home with you 😊 The ravioli, gnocchi, rabbit, beef stew, and chocolate mousse were truly memorable. The appetizers, with their stuffed vegetables and fritters, were also very good, although I would have liked a few more stuffed vegetables, they were so delicious! (We were less impressed with the veal, which was rather standard, and the crème brûlée, which was good but generic.) In short, a great place that's well worth a visit. And while you're in the area, take the opportunity to hike up the Baou de Saint-Jeannet and then stop by Fenocchio next door for some ice cream.

Passing through Cagnes-sur-Mer for a few days, we discovered this restaurant by chance. The welcome was very warm, and the service was quick and efficient. The food was absolutely excellent, with very generous portions. The ingredients were fresh and homemade. Our waitress was incredibly kind and offered us complimentary coffees and after-dinner drinks. We will gladly return and highly recommend this restaurant.
