La Hache in Strasbourg is worth the wait, even without a reservation! While we waited about half an hour for a table, the experience was well worth it. The food was absolutely delicious, with rich flavors and impeccable presentation. The desserts were equally impressive, rounding off a fantastic meal. Highly recommended for those seeking authentic French bistro cuisine in a charming setting.

We had an amazing dining experience at La Hache in Strasbourg! The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The waitstaff were incredibly polite and attentive, making the evening even more enjoyable. The duck was phenomenal – truly out of this world – and my friend couldn’t stop raving about her vegetarian option. The appetizer was also a standout, setting the tone for a fantastic meal. Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a memorable meal in Strasbourg!

While passing through Strasbourg we discovered this restaurant, a magnificent setting.
The food is excellent and the prices are fair.
The only downside was that the service was very long during our visit.

Very delicious food. Good menu price but very slow service, too much time between dishes and they left the dessert before bringing us the bill. Good value for money but the speed of the service subtracts.

Very good experience in this rather intimate restaurant. Welcome and pleasant service. The cocktails were really delicious! We enjoyed our meal.
Salmon on a bed of sauerkraut and also beef tartare. The tartare accompaniment is the only downside because although quite good, I didn't find it pleasant in the mouth (finely cut french fries chips).
Nice presentation of the dessert.
Final score in agreement with the quality-price ratio.

Welcoming and conciliatory team in a friendly atmosphere. Restaurant respectful of its customers despite a strong tendency among all Strasbourg restaurateurs to impose a rhythm and restrictive conditions on customers during the Christmas market period and beyond. Thank you and well done

The food is first class.
Unfortunately the service wasn't good. For example, our drinks were accidentally cleared away before dinner and put on a tray. We were just able to prevent the transport. There was nothing more than an extremely taciturn apology from the restaurant.
There are also extremely long waiting times. For example, we waited 18 minutes for an espresso after dinner.
