In a beautiful setting, the cuisine was delicious and original. The service was professional and welcoming. We dined on the terrace and it was very pleasant.

Food: The duck foie gras starter was good, nothing special. The Angus beef, cooked pink, was perfectly cooked, and the accompanying vegetables were good. The sweetbreads were presented like nuggets (?) with mashed potatoes (meh). The dessert was beautifully presented and very good. The wine prices were a bit steep, mainly late harvest wines. The service was friendly, but it would be nice to remove the breadcrumbs between courses. If you're not looking for high-end gastronomy, Le Haras is recommended.

A haven of peace in the heart of Strasbourg. The establishment is remarkable; we had lunch on the terrace to fully enjoy the spring sunshine. The service was impeccable and the food delicious.

This was our first time at this establishment. We had the set menu, which was delicious. The service was impeccable, the staff attentive and smiling, and the cuisine refined and succulent. Kudos to the entire kitchen and service team! The setting is very pretty, and we enjoyed the terrace. One small drawback to mention: a worker was using a pressure washer during our meal in the early afternoon (Thursday, April 9th). It's a shame this was done at that time when the terrace was full; otherwise, everything would have been truly perfect. We highly recommend this restaurant and will return as soon as we have the opportunity.
