We were invited to a family party; it was more than pleasant! Aperitifs in the large, beautifully set-up square courtyard, then a delicious meal under the rafters of the stud farm.

We had a lovely meal at Brasserie Des Haras in Strasbourg. The restaurant itself is gorgeous--a renovated barn turned into a true work of architectural art. Our meals were very good and the service--Hugo was a good waiter--was busy but attentive.

We had a lovely evening at Brasserie des Haras for our wedding anniversary. The appetizers arrived very quickly just as we were starting our aperitifs (a shame!), and the delicious main courses were barely warm. Aside from that, we had a wonderful time and will gladly return.

12/06/2026: I particularly appreciated the option of keeping the different courses a secret. It's quite an unusual experience, being pleasantly surprised from beginning to end of the meal. I share the opinions that wonder why the restaurant doesn't have two stars, given the culinary research using seasonal products and the incomparable quality of the beautifully presented dishes. And that bread! Incredible, it's worth the trip alone. Top-notch service and a relaxing atmosphere on the ground floor. Perhaps they could simply add a chocolate entree at the end, and it would be perfect. I'm delighted; it was truly a great success.
19/04/2026: My wife and I were seated at the counter on the top floor of the restaurant, facing the kitchens. A flawless gastronomic experience. A very well-balanced menu, and a level of cuisine that, in our opinion, deserves two stars. We are ready to return to Strasbourg just to dine at this excellent establishment again.

25/06/2026: I booked for Mother's Day, and the menu was really good. The portions were quite generous. The service was quick and efficient. The staff were very friendly! The ingredients were seasonal and high quality.
