Excellent experience, beautiful dining room and terrace. Very good food and superb service for a reasonable price (aperitif + main course + dessert for around €35 ​​per person). Thanks also to the very friendly staff!

On our second visit to this restaurant, we were once again delighted with the food and the perfect welcome! The Baeckeoffe was superb, with an excellent broth. And to finish, a delicious homemade rhubarb tart. All this in a pleasant, traditional setting. We highly recommend it.

Passing through Obernay, we weren't disappointed. Our lunch, while not exactly gourmet, pleasantly surprised us with its generous portions. Alsatian calf's head with two sauces. And a huge pork knuckle! The same price as in Colmar, but here, the knuckle is whole! The gourmet coffee, while substantial (difficult to finish alone), could have benefited from a more substantial pastry. Overall, a good restaurant worth a visit for discerning palates. And a five-star rating for our waiter, Suvat, whose professionalism and kindness are so often lacking in restaurants these days. A gem that could easily find its place in grand hotels.

15/10/2026: An excellent restaurant with refined cuisine. Reservations are almost essential as it fills up quickly. It's worth walking a few meters to escape the tourist traps of the city center. Recommended by Stéphanie from the Chic and Choc chocolate shop, which also sells delicious homemade chocolates that are worth a stop. Located near the town hall, easily accessible, with the church parking lot 20 meters away.
06/10/2026: I ordered a cordon bleu with cream sauce and received a cordon bleu with mushroom cream sauce. I don't like mushrooms, and they weren't on the menu. Disappointed...
