Awesome lunch! Our server was so fun and welcoming! Our best meal in Paris!

I booked a lunch for my mom's surprise birthday, we had a large table and a stroller. Everything was done to accommodate us as best as possible. The place is magnificent and full of history, the restaurant quite typical. The dishes are good, even very good (the desserts are even excellent, especially the profiteroles) in addition to being copious and generous. As for the service, it is exceptional, no other word: the servers are pleasant, friendly, accommodating and good-natured... I highly recommend.

The onion soup is one of the best I’ve had in Paris. The duck is moist and divine. I will definitely revisit.

Cozy and charming little restaurant with amazing service and food. Just happened upon this place and put our name in as they opened. Was told to come back around 9 and was seated shortly after. We got the truffle ravioli to start, and this was one of the best dishes I've ever enjoyed. We got the lamb shank and the beef stew, which were both amazing. The lamb was very tender and the beef stew had a fantastic seasoning. We enjoyed the ravioli so much we ordered a second to come out with dinner, which was just as good. We finished up with chocolate cake as you can guess it was delicious. The cake was rich but not overly sweet. It was a great balance. Our host was Alex and he was fantastic, took great care in treating everyone with respect and kindness. He truly took pride in his work. I'll be making a trip back to Paris just for that ravioli and Alex's hospitality.

Everything we ate was very delicious from de soup until coffee and desserts, it worth the waiting. I suggest to arrive early and add the name on the list. You can walk around and come back later.

This is a hard reservation to get so I had high expectations and I have to admit, La Jacobine’s cuisine met all of it! If you’re in Paris, don’t miss out on this experience. Plan ahead though and get a reservation days prior. You have to come in to make a reservation, fyi. If you do find yourself here, do not miss out on their duck! SO GOOD! As it is highly visited, service is kinda slower but the food definitely made up for it. Highly recommend!

The best onion soup I have ever eaten in my life. The broth was perfect, the cheese spectacular and the onion delicious. The bread, not to mention. A cooking show. The coq au vin was also delicious and perfect for sharing late at night. It is better to reserve because there is a long line.

Best Soup Onion!! It was incredible!! Also tried the coq au vin, very very good and the macaronade for dessert. Totally recommend. Would suggest to make a reservation, we didn’t have one and had to wait 30 mins.

Nice service & delicious food 10/10
