A very fine establishment, expertly run by the owner, with a sharp wit, just the way I like it. Recommended by the wine merchant, whose neighbor is Monsieur Jean's wine shop. Simple, regional cuisine, very flavorful, served in a 60s/70s setting, reminding me of my youth. Very clean establishment. Also boasts a lovely terrace. It's a shame we were only passing through... I highly recommend it and I will return...

If you're passing through Gevrey-Chambertin, you absolutely must stop at this charming little restaurant. It boasts a fantastic vintage decor inside and a lovely terrace out front. The menu is concise, featuring fresh, local ingredients: snails, parsley ham, baked eggs with Époisses cheese, beef bourguignon... And, as expected in the region, a nice wine list.
The small adjoining shop is full of all sorts of lovely items.
