A truly timeless experience; we came specifically for the truffle menu. We were warmly welcomed and shown to a lovely dining room. The meal was delicious and surprising; don't be afraid to try new dishes.
The cocktails are original and very good. One small drawback: the entire table must choose the same menu.

Elegant and discreet service.
Unfortunately, the view from my seat was awful! A view of the back kitchen (on the floor: dishes, a spade, and an overgrown lawn!).

La Laiterie: without a doubt, one of Lille's finest restaurants.
Every time I visit, Chef Édouard Chouteau manages to surprise me. His cuisine is refined, creative, and exceptionally precise… all while remaining incredibly generous. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere elegant without being stuffy, and each dish tells a true story.
For me, it's one of the region's must-visit restaurants. A pleasure from beginning to end.

The dairy is now Guillaume Thuin's restaurant.
The chef took over the reins a month ago, so a visit was a must to discover his cuisine, and we were so glad we did.
We savored excellent cuisine that was refined, generous, honest, and seasonal. The chef delighted us with a dazzling array of fine, fresh, and deliciously prepared ingredients. Each dish served reflected great skill and the mark of extensive experience. His choice to combine flavors from land and sea particularly appealed to us and transported us to another world. Special mention goes to the candied endive with its white butter sauce flavored with fresh truffle and to the scallop with red cabbage, Bigorre black pudding, and bacon.
The service is always impeccable, thanks to a highly competent, attentive, and proactive staff who are present throughout your meal without being intrusive or intrusive.
In the dining room, everything is designed to ensure guests have a wonderful experience. The setting is elegant and welcoming. The veranda is spacious, bright, and beautifully decorated. It's a haven of peace dedicated to fine dining.
In conclusion, we had a superb evening in a beautiful setting, offering excellent value for money.

A traditional visit in early December to La Laiterie in Lambersart near Lille. Beef and sea urchin tongue with truffle. Atlantic Halibut with egg confit. Sweat bread and blue lobster with truffle. Cheese selection. Mont-blanc. Laurent Perrier Champagne. Little known Sauvignon blanc and côt (Malbec) wines from Touraine. All in perfect harmony and served with the warmth and kindness that characterize natives from the North of France. The recent change of Chef does not seem to have affected quality. Good luck to the new team.
