Dinner tonight as a couple. The first menu is back: what a treat for younger diners!
It was our first time since the change of chef. And the difference in style is clear: the focus is on the quality of the ingredients.
Special mention to the waitress who managed the entire dining room, the service, the payments, and even prepared French dishes (sole meunière, crêpes Suzette) all by herself!
We thought we could choose a tip when the bill arrived, as is common practice these days. In the end, we feel guilty for not leaving anything, so we'll be back soon to make up for it!

A slight disappointment.
I was expecting an incredible experience from a Michelin-starred restaurant. In the end, it doesn't even make my top 10.
The dishes are good, but I didn't find anything extraordinary. And the prices are, consequently, very high compared to the quality.
You're mainly paying for the star, but I've been to other, much less expensive restaurants in the city where I was far more impressed.
Perhaps I just had an off day... What a shame!

A delightful time spent at La Laiterie restaurant with my mother and godfather for my birthday!
A little tip: bring reading glasses before opening the wine list... it's not just a wine list, it's practically an encyclopedia!
You'd almost need a sommelier AND a librarian to make sense of it!! 🤣 That said, it's a pleasure to get lost in it. A truly beautiful table, a magnificent setting, and refined cuisine that delights the palate as much as the eyes.
A special thanks to Florian, who made this moment even more enjoyable. A place I highly recommend!

We are at an exceptional table here. Excellent, refined cuisine with well-known specialties, which were certainly well-deserved today (pigeon). Impeccable and friendly service. A renowned gastronomic address that comes highly recommended.
