I thoroughly enjoyed a seafood sauerkraut with succulent fish, perfectly cooked, served with a delicious beurre blanc sauce.
As tasty as it was generous, it was by far the best I've ever eaten... even in Alsace! There was no room for dessert, but the desserts I saw passing by my neighbors' tables were beautifully presented (as were the dishes themselves) and looked very tempting.
Service as professional as it was warm made this experience a true delight.
I'll be back to explore the menu at this restaurant, where fresh produce seems to take pride of place and the cuisine is refined and original.

Friendly staff. Welcoming, wine recommendations based on your choice of dish.
I highly recommend it. It's impeccable value for money.

A bit pricey overall: for the seafood sauerkraut, there's not much fish, and the Liège coffee is a bit stingy with the quantity and quality of the ice cream. Pavlova: lack of fruit (diversity and quantity) and overcooked meringue. Too bad.
