We've been coming here regularly for the past five years, and nothing changes! I always have tellines in cream sauce, and my husband always orders the fisherman's stew; we're never disappointed… the service and the food are perfect! And as a bonus, the terrace is wonderfully sunny.

We were well received for a family with 4 children, always responding favorably to our requests. We ate the aioli, the bourride, and the bull gardiane, which was completely satisfactory, we will come back

Great place to eat seafood, very fresh, but I deplore today the lack of goodwill gesture... when you spend 140€ for two, at least offer coffee😉😊

Once settled in, I looked at the reviews, which scared me a little. But honestly, I wasn't disappointed. We ate very well, with beautiful, well-served dishes and quality ingredients. Nothing like the previous reviews... the advantage of being off-season 😉

02/01/2026: A tourist restaurant for a quick lunch, neither excellent nor infamous. Prices are in line with other restaurants, the ingredients are decent, and it's not clear whether they're fresh or frozen, but we can tell that the calamari and squid were frozen the day we tried it. The mussels are recommended. Friendly staff.
30/12/2025: I absolutely don't understand the negative reviews about this establishment! We come to Les Saintes twice a year and always eat at L'Esperando. We're never disappointed: fast service, very friendly and professional staff, a wide selection of dishes, and perfect cuisine.
