The tagliatelle weren't bad, but the kids' ones were served with ketchup (on the side) and no grated cheese. The pizza was a little burnt on the edges and had too much tomato sauce. The green salad was good. The service was a bit blunt and impatient.

Weird pizza texture. Everything is nice about this place except the weird texture of the pizza base which seems like it's made with biscuit flour. We both though the same thing independently and it was a disappointment. Otherwise it's a lovely area, pleasant interior, nice service and drinks etc.

We had a wonderful time at La Lumachelle.
The welcome was particularly friendly and warm. We dined at a small table set up on the cobblestones of Rue du Jerzual: a simple, authentic, almost magical atmosphere.
The dishes are entirely homemade, and it shows. We were won over by this lovely place and highly recommend it!

Made welcome from the start. Our French isn't brilliant but the owner made great efforts to communicate with us and we even shared some humour. She worked extremely hard to keep everyone served promptly and with a friendly and professional manner. The food was well presented and generous in portion size as well as delicious. Recommended the gravlax and scallops salad to start, or the terre mer. For main course, the beef brochette and the goats cheese crumble were both excellent and full of flavour. We found the value for money to be very good too. Very happy customers and we'd happily return another time.

The food is delicious, and the woman who serves you is incredibly friendly (she tries to speak whatever language you need). And very importantly, it has air conditioning. The pizzas are fantastic, Italian-style, baked in a wood-fired oven.
