Extraordinary meal. Discovery menu to do absolutely. Mixture of flavors and quality dishes. An incredible experience

First, a little overview of the environment. The restaurant is presented as a boat on the Yonne with the very good choice of an island to accommodate the restaurant, which also offers a very pleasant view during the meal. The decor is colorful and warm with a kitchen open to the restaurant. We then move on to the particularly warm welcome from the chef, his wife and his team: we had never experienced anything like it until now in a starred establishment. We are lucky that the chef takes the order himself and presents a menu that is more generous than what appears when simply reading the menu. Although a little fast, the service is impeccable and smiling. I'll save the best for last: what cuisine! What flavors! What unique and successful combinations! The choice of wine was perfect. We were lucky enough to have a “gift” from the chef during dessert, thank you again! In summary, a superb experience to be repeated as soon as we return to Sens. The address is more than worth the detour!

Un excellent restaurant. Service au top mais discret. Des plats savoureux et un accueil sympathique. 3 choix pour chaque plat du menu (Lucullus). Les boissons chères mais il faut bien rémunérer 7 personnes en cuisine et 4 pour le service. A refaire à coup sûr.
