Perfect for the taste buds. Lunch in the garden with “brasero” option on Thursday lunchtime, it was perfect. We always have an excellent time at Maison Carrier and the service is impeccable.

This is the casual restaurant on the property. I feel it is a very good value as the ingredients are of first quality. You can die outside weather permitting, or in the charming cabin-like building. Service is excellent. I love the decor with vintage original oil paintings of the area. They smoke their own meat over wood in the dining room. They also have a big dessert selection, you serve yourself, save room for this! Lovely place all around.

Très beau cadre avec un très bon service Tout était très bon, je vous recommande le plateau de fromage et les desserts à volonté tous excellents Entrée plats au top Je recommande fortement si vous passez à Chamonix

12/12/2025: The traditional raclette is worth the trip. The service was a little slow and disorganized (it's the beginning of the season, and the restaurant was full).
12/12/2025: A wonderful experience. Beautiful Savoyard decor, delicious raclette, and excellent service. They even provided a bowl of water and a small treat for the dog. Absolutely top-notch.
