The food is still as good and refined as ever, and the service, especially that of the head waiter, is impeccable.

A wonderful evening at Maison Carrier. We chose the "all-pork" menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The desserts... what a joy to rediscover the simple pleasure of our grandmothers' desserts! Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

We ordered the set menu, which included a beef steak. Unfortunately, the staff never asked how we wanted the steak cooked, and it was served very rare, looking around rare doneness. What was even more concerning was that both of us developed diarrhea later that same evening after eating here. We obviously can’t confirm the exact cause, but having the same symptoms after the same meal was concerning. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

It was a very busy night, but they handled our party of 6 very well. The desserts were outstanding.

We visit Chamonix every year at the end of September and discovered your establishment. We were very impressed by the quality and authenticity of the food, as well as the friendliness and efficiency of the service. We will be back!
