A treat for the taste buds! The staff is smiling and welcoming. A great discovery of the cuisine and places, the Souply establishment is an obligatory stop if you are passing through Châlons en Champagne. Fresh and quality products.

Close to city center (5-10 minutes walk) Good food, excellent value for money. I also had the opportunity to stay there overnight during the week and it was rather quiet. Small room, few seats, but very helpful staff! I recommend

20/03/2024: A nice little local restaurant who is capable of welcoming our group of 18 people, reservation and choice of menu needs to be done before hand of course. Food was delicious, staff was friendly but the service was a bit slow.
20/03/2024: Very warm welcome, the cuisine is excellent with good products. For my part, the service was OK. Making reservations is recommended.
