05/04/2024: Invited by my partner for my birthday on 03/27 in this place that we have frequented many times before, it is always a pleasure and a "culinary orgasm" the high level is still there, the plate is beautiful and delicious. Karim and his theatrical side are a little lacking but the service is friendly and discreet. On the other hand, for the 2nd time I notice that the bread which accompanies the dishes is no longer up to standard...the era of different breads (poppy etc.) is over. And the bread presented, even if it may be unique, is not qualitative. It's really a point to rectify a menu at 75th in the evening deserves all the attention. That said, we will come back because it is truly an experience to recommend.

05/04/2024: Lunch with friends. The embassy offers very high quality cuisine, dressings that are certainly a bit classic but excellent value for money (€39 per menu, appetizers, first starter, starter, main course, cheese or dessert platter, sweets) . We had a great time, thanks to the chef and his teams! It still remains to note the lack of enthusiasm and experience of the indoor teams. Two young ladies of very good will who deserve more in-depth support to perfect their skills. The somewhat cold and abrupt atmosphere does not do justice to the cuisine which is truly the strong point of this establishment. You have to bring the southern sun inside the restaurant to anchor its identity, which is barely expressed by the decoration of the room! A great experience whatever happens! The important thing in a restaurant is to eat well and that was the case.
