Excellent restaurant where the chef accommodates dietary restrictions and the surprise menu was a delight. I didn't give it 4 stars for ambiance because we had very noisy neighbors, but otherwise it was perfect.

We had a wonderful time at Petit Pierre in Béziers. We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. The food was delicious, and it was a truly lovely experience. We hope to return soon.

A successful lunch, with a lovely variety of delicate flavors. It's a shame it was so noisy. But the end result was excellent. A very nice experience. I'll definitely be back.
