And what can we say about his cuisine… always so generous, flavorful, and full of character! A real treat, with that little touch that makes you want to come back.

2024, We'd been wanting to try Pierre Augé's cuisine for a long time.
We finally did! It's inventive, with sophisticated flavors and divinely cooked.
We'll definitely be back.
Edit 2026, second visit and just as good. The chef himself creates the menu, based on his inspiration and the freshest ingredients. It's delicious, fresh, original—in short, come eat at Petit Pierre's and treat your taste buds.

What a pleasure to eat right in front of the kitchen with the chef himself, interacting with us! He even made a little purée for my 9-month-old daughter!
Always an incredible experience in a truly unique setting!
And the food was absolutely divine!!

We traveled over 1000 km from Belgium to enjoy a meal at his restaurant in Béziers....

A truly wonderful experience at La Maison de Petit Pierre. The welcome was warm and the restaurant's atmosphere both convivial and elegant. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and made with high-quality ingredients. The creativity and passion for cooking were evident. The service was attentive and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. We were delighted to receive a visit from Chef Pierre Augé at the end of our meal, a very welcome touch that demonstrates his close connection with his customers.
We had an excellent time and highly recommend this restaurant in Béziers. This was my fifth visit, and we will always return with great pleasure!
