We had a wonderful time at your establishment. The Savoyard fondue was absolutely delicious and very well prepared. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere.
However, one thing disappointed us a little: the gentleman at the bar seemed rather unfriendly and unpleasant in his approach. A little more warmth and courtesy from him would have made the experience truly perfect.
We will come back for the fondue, hoping it will be more welcoming next time! When I asked the price, the person at the bar coldly replied, "I just don't care about the amount."

It's a shame the dining room is quite small, making it very noisy (especially on weekends). More servers to better attend to customers would be appreciated, despite the staff's remarkable friendliness.
The side dishes with the oil fondue weren't great (dry and cold). For the cheese fondue, the heat was too high, so the bottom burned. (The server didn't do it on purpose, but be careful.) The meat in the oil fondue was good.

A meal with friends. The Savoyard fondue was hearty and delicious, the meat and chicken fondues were good quality, but the portions were too small. The service was disappointing: very long waits for water, sauces, or bread, and a lack of friendliness from the servers.

The food was very good, however, the pricing was very poorly explained. When I asked the waitress for an explanation, her only response was, "I'm just a waitress," because they didn't explain that if you order a Savoyarde (a type of dessert), you have to pay twice the listed price. The tables were crammed together, with no space, and we were practically sitting next to each other. The service was really mediocre and not very pleasant.
