The cuisine was simply exceptional. We enjoyed the beef tournedos Rossini and the beef tagliata, both outstanding. For dessert, the banana-chocolate bombe and the "boule de pétanque" (a type of small, round pastry) were also excellent.
The service was impeccable, attentive and refined, with thoughtful touches like the amuse-bouches offered before the courses. The wine selection was also very good and perfectly paired with the dishes.
The restaurant is very popular—reservations are essential—but it's easy to see why: an exceptional place that we recommend without hesitation.

Definitely one of the best restaurants of my life! A starter of sweetbread croquettes, scallops reimagined as a main course, and a lemon tart served in an unusual dish: a perfect meal from start to finish! Bravo to the team! 👏🏻

The welcome and service were very pleasant and professional. The restaurant was full, but we didn't have to wait for our order or our food.
The menu is extensive, and every dish sounds tempting. There's a nice selection of wines, many of them local.
The cuisine is refined without being pretentious, very tasty, and well-presented.
Special mention goes to the pâté en croûte, which was magnificent, generous, and perfectly executed.
We will definitely return on our next visit to the lovely city of Tours!

We visited on March 7, 2026, after purchasing the guide "It's Better When It's Good: The 400 Best Restaurants in France."
We weren't disappointed! It was also my birthday weekend, and I wanted to come with my partner to enjoy local Touraine products.
The menu was autumnal, and everything was perfect!

Wonderful restaurant. We went there with friends from Tours who are regulars. Our experience was perfect from start to finish.
The appetizers were sumptuous, from the hot dog with asparagus to the pâté en croûte. The service was impeccable, very professional, and friendly. The main courses were as delicious as they were beautiful and generous; everything was meticulously prepared, from the flavors to the presentation.
We couldn't resist the desserts, which were just as good as the preceding courses.
