La Maison du Bagel sur Paris

The lunch here was one of the best fine dining experiences I've had. It was truly flawless. Every course was fantastic, the service was exceptional, the pacing spot on, the attention to detail superb and the pairings incredible. I also felt it was great value for money. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough.

Fantastic meal at this French-Japanese restaurant in Paris. French food can sometimes be a bit too rich and saucy for me, but here the dishes had a great balance of allowing the ingredients to shine through while still being full of flavor. The risotto topped with squid was a definite highlight—cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. Another standout was the candied porcini with carpaccio roasted eggplant, which was such a unique and delicious combo.The roasted pigeon was also a standout, super tender and soft (also fun that they recommend you eat the pigeon legs with your hands). They’ve got a great wine selection that paired really well with the meal. The place also felt casual while still being special. Overall, an awesome dining experience that I’d definitely recommend!

Salt Baked Guinea Fowl Apricot Crème Brûlée and Basil Ice Cream Mignardise i particularly liked the industrial design of the restaurant. i was first greeted with endless french tomettes red tiles and a massive fennel which can host 4 people for a private meal (designed by @maybetakao), followed by the open kitchen on mezzanine floor, and the 8-metre-long wood table in the middle, not to mention the 2 Japanese Toto toilets! i was fortunate to see Chef Sota busy baking the guinea fowl in the back of the kitchen. food was spectacular, well-thought menu using seasonal produce, very reasonable price! causual ambience and great hospitality.

Food is great but I don’t like they treat you differently if you are not Japanese or French. But I guess it’s common in Paris.

My favorite gourmet restaurant in Paris. Everything was excellent and they have the best financier.

Given the level, for those who can, it is worth discovering. Original and overall excellent.

A little bit of Tokyo and a little bit of Paris. Really great overall. Inventive flavors and wonderful service. Normally you don’t think about a restaurant like this in terms of value but the value was incredible as well. Would absolutely return. Make sure to check out the chef’s “liminal” space. I would certainly dine there if it was an option!

This has become one of our top three favorite restaurants in the world. The food is creative yet simple, not overwrought. Chef comes up with unique and delicious combinations of familiar flavors. We would travel to Paris just for a night at Maison.

The staff is very welcoming and always there in case of problems or other issues. The food is delicious. The cuisine is very fine and very fresh. We eat a lot but we don't feel full at the end which is very pleasant!
