In the center of Gap, this small restaurant serves simple, home-style cooking. The dishes are delicious and well-prepared. The service is impeccable, a rarity these days. The prices are quite reasonable. For parking, it's best to use the nearby paid parking lots. I highly recommend this restaurant; you won't be disappointed.

A very good experience at La Maison Jaune in Gap. The three of us ate there and everything was excellent. For starters, the chef's foie gras was truly superb. For main courses, we had andouillette sausage, bone marrow, and steak with creamy parsnip purée: generous portions bursting with flavor. An excellent restaurant in Gap, which we highly recommend.

The service was of such high quality, perfectly suited to the setting and ambiance; it was truly superb. The dishes were exquisitely prepared, with an impeccable blend of flavors and textures—a delight. Honorable mention goes to the trout with its spelt and leek risotto, and to the andouillette sausage on a bed of mashed potatoes—an unparalleled culinary experience. The profiteroles were enormous and delicious, a real treat. Thank you for everything!

La Maison Jaune is an excellent restaurant. It's well located and the staff is very friendly. Despite the overwhelming August heat, we were seated in the courtyard in the shade, which made the meal all the more enjoyable. The dishes (the excellent trout, the andouillette, and the beef) were carefully prepared, each with a touch of originality. We enjoyed the quiet service despite the many tables to serve. I highly recommend this restaurant!

28/10/2025: We were delighted by the quality of the dishes and dessert, but especially by the chef's warm welcome! He was incredibly friendly and welcoming! His expertise was immediately evident in the dishes: a delicious chicken ballotine stuffed with mushroom duxelles and an apple clafoutis that was a true delight. A wonderful discovery… a restaurant we highly recommend! 🍽✨
