Top-notch service! We highly recommend this location, which is far from the tourist traps of the city center. A unique character, exceptional cooking juices... quite a surprise considering how busy Colmar is. Restaurateurs still take the time to serve quality food with welcoming staff!

Dining on a tablecloth is becoming extremely rare, yet it's so pleasant and demonstrates quality.
You won't be disappointed by the food, and I recommend the lobster and foie gras as starters, and the salmon and quail as main courses. The Alsatian wines are varied, and the grand crus are well worth seeking out. Finally, I thank Manu for his attentive and knowledgeable service.

La Maison Rouge is simply a culinary revelation. Every dish is crafted to perfection, the flavors are incredible, and you can immediately taste the expertise behind each plate. The chef is exceptional, a true artist who has mastered his craft from start to finish. The service is impeccable, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and everything comes together for an absolutely memorable experience. Frankly, it's hard to find better in Colmar: La Maison Rouge is truly exceptional. A must-try, without hesitation. Pango and Naya thank you.
