La Mamma sur Annecy

I was at the Novel hotel on an organized trip, honestly it's one of the best hotels I've been to... The staff is super nice, all of them, they are very accommodating regarding the dishes if there are things we didn't like... it's even well located in relation to the lake we're a little further from the city center so we don't have the noise... I recommend...

Room OK but the bed creaks and the bathroom is dated but it does the job. We hear noises from neighboring rooms The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Parking available and easy. Located 15/20 minutes walk from the old center.

Functional, clean room. We spent one night at the hotel and it met our expectations. The breakfast was plentiful, with a choice of sweets but less savory ones. The reception staff are very welcoming. Located 10 minutes by bus (free) from the hotel. THANKS !

The beds are super comfortable.

Having spent two evenings at the hotel, I recommend it given that it is located not far from the lake and transport. Also, the staff are lovely, especially the morning staff. Thank you again for this wonderful weekend!

We spent 2 nights in this hotel, receptionists at the top, helpful....renovated room but the bathroom leaves something to be desired...dirty joints, vintage shower head, squeaky bathtub🙄 in short a little refreshment would be necessary. Another highlight of our breakfast, the lady in charge of breakfast and cleaning the tables should review her way of proceeding because spitting on the table is not a cleaning product...🤮

Hotel a little out of the way. Very kind and helpful staff. High price for a room but cheaper compared to other hotels.

3 nights spent in the hotel Helpful, friendly, sunny staff Varied breakfast. Indeed room a little dated but does not detract from the usefulness of the room. Close to bus stops (free this summer)
