The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but the new rooms we discovered were very well-equipped. Thank you again for your kindness despite the staff's working conditions. I highly recommend it.

Excellent stay, nice room, very good service, very warm welcome, helpful, pleasant, and available staff. The hotel is in a great location, with easy parking and good bus service. Pleasant neighborhood.

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The room was basic and the bathroom was in poor condition. It was relatively small. And there was no parking available. I had to drive around the neighborhood for 30 minutes before finding a spot in a private residence across the street.

29/03/2026: I ate at this restaurant yesterday with friends. It wasn't anything special, just another kebab place in Annecy. The spit was new, and I simply asked for the meat to be a little more grilled and that I wasn't in a hurry. We sat down, and the cook started cutting the meat to grill it on his griddle. Honestly, I almost got up and left him his sandwiches. Anyway, I tasted the meat; it wasn't bad, but it deserved to be grilled a bit longer on the spit. It would have been so much better. A real shame. If I have one piece of advice for you gentlemen, it's to respect your customers' requests a little more. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon, unfortunately!

11/05/2026: Great location in the Annecy Vieille Ville. Excellent selection of beers on tap. Solid value. Be sure to confirm open days and hours.
