We came for dinner as a couple, and the staff was very welcoming. The herb-crusted beef fillet was delicious, cooked to perfection for each of us (rare and medium). The desserts were excellent and homemade. The chef knows his craft! We will definitely be back!

Excellent food that was cooked very well with all our meat nice and tender. Staff were all very warm and friendly, Nicholas was especially great. Their English was much better than our French so the menu was no problem and appreciated the authentic French experience.

We came this weekend with our son. A moment suspended in rustic yet very contemporary surroundings. The decor is done with you and the place is very warm. The service is impeccable, the meal sensational! Our son had the children's menu with a succulent tartiflette And we had a flambéed potence with Génépi, which I highly recommend! We will come back with great pleasure.

It's simple, we went there three nights in a row. The dishes are of a gastronomic level, meats and fish are cooked to perfection (and the sides <3), we highly recommend them. Impeccable service and very good business sense! Thank you, we will come back the next time we are in the area!

Second visit, seven days apart: a three-meat potence that's as delicious and unrivaled as ever (we've tried elsewhere: overcooked and tasteless meat) and perfect homemade foie gras!
Impeccable service: friendly, attentive, and efficient!
We absolutely recommend it for those traveling to the Guisane Valley (from Lautaret to Briançon)! And for those who want to travel a few kilometers: go for it, it's definitely worth the trip!!!
Thanks to the entire team and the very friendly owner, who cares about the well-being of his customers! It's rare!
