Good restaurant. Quality products. The dishes are prepared with care. A good place to eat.

We had a lovely weekend together. We booked a one-night stay with dinner and breakfast. The hostess was very pleasant and welcoming. The food was excellent: we had cassoulet for lunch and the set menu for dinner. The foie gras came with a thyme sorbet: surprising and delicious. We slept very well. The breakfast was plentiful. Thank you.

Incredible restaurant. High-quality dishes, exceptional local cuisine. Excellent ingredients, warm welcome. Plenty of choice, several price points, set menus, and very good quality wines for connoisseurs! The decor respects traditional methods. Magnificent setting, indoors for winter, outdoors when the weather is nice. Handmade crafts are available for purchase. I highly recommend it!

A delightful hotel where we stopped on our way back from vacation. Our room had charming, old-fashioned decor. And the icing on the cake was the restaurant where we savored delicious foie gras and cassoulet. It's a little off the beaten track, but well worth the detour.

We stayed in this corner of paradise steeped in history, welcomed with a simplicity and kindness that was truly refreshing. We were in the newer hotel with a very comfortable pool, and it was excellent. Free parking. We had dinner on the second floor, in the peaceful and magical marble garden, enjoying the cassoulet, a must in this region. The portions of the other dishes were a little small. The room was comfortable with impeccable bedding. Personally, I felt the bathroom needed more hooks, and an extra towel would have been welcome. The somewhat erratic cleaning lady could be monitored. Nevertheless, the value for money is very acceptable. It seems to me that those who need an elevator should inquire before booking, and as for complainers, don't get your hopes up! €65 a night in the new building was perfect. The surrounding area is wonderful. We only met friendly people. We would gladly stay with you again. Thank you for your hospitality.

A place full of history. The restaurant is very good, with a good, hearty cassoulet. The rooms are functional, in their original state but comfortable. A good stopover in the Minervois.
